Expected inventory
Headers: Location, Store, Rack, Item Code, Ref No, Description, Expected Qty. If Location is absent, the selected location above is used. Item Code or Ref No may be blank, but not both. Imports add or update rows.
Forget an incorrect mapping to request selection on the next scan. Existing records retain their reference.
Database backup
Daily snapshots are saved on the server. Download a current copy for separate storage.
Locations and stores
Add a store under a location for the selected project. Examples: Gurgaon → GF Store; Pune → Store-1.
Assign existing records without a location
Moves records with Location not assigned from the existing store to the location and store entered above. A backup is created first.

Clear selected project’s audit data
Clears scans, expected inventory, references, mappings, locations and stores for the selected project. Project name and user accounts remain. Unsynced scans captured before the reset will not be counted after reconnecting.
